Introduction

CraftNest is a membership service. Members get unlimited access to a curated library of digital designs for crafters, cardmakers and creators - including clipart, SVG files, coloring books, junk journals, planners, papers, embroidery files and sublimation designs. This notice explains who owns the content on this site and how it may be used.

Ownership

All content on this site - including designs, graphics, text, images and software - is owned by CraftNest LLC or by the artists and content partners who license their work to us. It is protected by international copyright laws. The selection and arrangement of the content on this site is also owned by CraftNest LLC.

What Members May Do

With an active membership, you may:

  1. Download designs from the library.
  2. Use them in your own personal projects.
  3. Use them to create and sell physical and digital products, as described on our Commercial Use page.

What Is Not Allowed

You may not:

  1. Resell, share or give away the design files themselves, whether single files or in bundles.
  2. Share your account or login with other people.
  3. Upload the design files to other websites, marketplaces or file-sharing services.
  4. Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to download content or copy product listings.
  5. Claim the designs as your own original artwork.

The rights to use designs are granted to you personally and cannot be transferred.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please email us at support@craftnest.net with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. The link or location of the material on our site.
  3. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice and remove material that infringes copyright.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice to the same email address. Please include the removed material, the reason you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright.
