To ensure the security of your data and allow for immediate processing, all account changes must be submitted electronically. Please log into your Membership Area to process your cancellation. Cancellations submitted via postal mail will not be processed.
Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period). However, by completing your purchase and immediately accessing our digital content, you expressly consent to the execution of the contract and agree to waive this statutory right.
