About the Designs
What types of designs do you offer?
We offer clipart, SVGs, coloring books, junk journals, planners, papers, embroidery designs, tumbler wraps and sublimation designs for all your creative projects.
How often do you add new designs?
Our library grows every week. We add new designs on a weekly basis.
Which file formats do you offer?
Most designs come as PNG, SVG or PDF files. Embroidery designs come in common machine formats. The formats of each design are listed on its product page.
Membership & Account
How does the free trial work?
Your membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel during the trial, it turns into a paid monthly membership automatically. You can see the monthly price for your region on our pricing page.
What are the benefits of membership?
Members get unlimited downloads from the full library, commercial use rights and new designs every week.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in to your account, go to "Manage Membership" and click "Cancel Membership". If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Using the Designs
Can I use the designs for my business?
Yes. Please see our Commercial Use page for the details.
Do I need to credit CraftNest when I sell products?
No. Attribution is not required with your membership.
Can I use your designs for client projects?
Yes, as long as you follow our commercial use rules.
Downloading Designs
How many designs can I download? Is there a credit system?
Downloads are unlimited. There is no credit system - download as many designs as you like.
How does the download work?
As a member, you see a download button on every product page.
Do the designs work on mobile, Windows and Mac?
Yes. Our designs work on every platform, as long as you have software that opens the file format.
My download didn't start. What should I do?
Please check your internet connection and try again. If it still does not work, please contact our support team.
